Classic Menu with a Modern Twist
When  the Caddick family opened their restaurant four years ago, they envisioned a modern take on a local tradition. Home to Evelyn’s Villa for 30 years, The Villa offers upscale Italian-American cuisine in a relaxed and renovated setting. Michael Pennacchia, a well-known chef who has led kitchens throughout the state for 20 years, joined the restaurant earlier this year. “It’s been terrific,” he says. “The owners really encourage creativity from the kitchen.”

The large menu features Italian-American classics we all love, such as Parmigiana, Piccata, Marsala and Saltimbocca entrees served with a choice of hand-pounded veal or chicken. “Everything is made from scratch,” Chef Michael says. Small, artisan batches of soups, sauces and dressings are handmade each day to ensure tastes are always fresh and delicious. Daily bought seafood, grilled pizzas, pastas, seasonal salads and house-butchered steaks can also be found on the affordably priced menu. The Villa is also known for its expansive banquet facilities, offering private rooms for all types of events for 40 to 350 people.  

An Entertaining Dining Experience

Not only can you count on great food at The Villa, you can also expect a fun and unique experience. Burgers and Beer Night is on Thursday, offering creative burgers and craft beers. Live entertainment by local favorites – regulars include Brass Attack and Down City Band – happens Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. “And there’s no cover,” says Michael. “We want our guests to have a great experience, from the food to the service to the entertainment, each and every time.”

Taste the Seasons: Special wine and craft beer dinners are presented every other month, highlighting expertly paired seasonal-inspired dishes and libations. 

Sauce and Soup To Go: Can’t get enough of The Villa’s amazing Chicken and Italian Wedding soups? Their homemade soups and sauce are now available in quart, half gallons and gallon to-go containers.
