Leading Ladies 2018: Margie Pascetta

Posted

Life is busier than ever, and it’s all too easy to keep going through the motions in a job you don’t love. Margie Pascetta, a career transition coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source, helps people take a step back and get a clearer picture on how to find their ideal job - or to make the dream of working for themselves a reality. “My passion is to help others clarify, and then achieve, their dreams,” she says. Margie has been helping clients throughout New England for over 10 years. She finds it deeply rewarding to use her life experience and perspective to have a positive impact on the lives of others by showing them career alternatives that they may never have considered before.

Margie offers Complimentary Coaching Services to professionally-minded individuals who are interested in learning more about investing in themselves through business ownership. She helps her clients clarify their unique personal goals and their vision as a business owner, educates them about business ownership and helps them to explore businesses that meet their specific criteria. “I educate people about alternative career options, and how they can use their careers as vehicles to achieve their personal goals,” Margie says. She’s available for speaking engagements to groups. Margie has also served on the Board of Trustees of the National Alliance for Autism Research, leading fundraising events that raised $11 million for autism research.
