Join the RI Hospitality Association (RIHA) for a Spanish ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full-Certification training course on Wednesday, April 10th and 17th at the Providence Marriott Hotel. This new, two-day course, taught entirely in Spanish, meets current Rhode Island Department of Health training requirements for food licenses. Topics addressed include:
● Proper personal hygiene
● Cross-contamination prevention
● Time and temperature controls
● Cleaning and sanitizing
● Allergen training
Private Food Handler Training is also available. Food Handler Training should not be mistaken for Food Safety Manager Certification.
