Join the RI Hospitality Association (RIHA) for a ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full-Certification Training class on Tuesday, September 24th at the New England Institute of Technology’s Phillip G. Parsons Lecture Hall. This new, one-day course meets current Rhode Island Department of Health training requirements for food licenses. Topics addressed include:
Proper personal hygiene
Cross contamination prevention
Time and temperature controls
Cleaning and sanitizing
Allergen training
Private Food Handler Training is also available. Food Handler Training should not be mistaken for Food Safety Manager Certification.
