Sojourner House has expanded its reach across the state, offering the state’s only domestic violence immigration advocacy program, the state’s only sex trafficking shelter and a rapid rehousing program while serving 113% more clients in 2018. We are broadening our reach as the issues of domestic violence and abuse continue to take center stage. We are asking our supporters to step up in new and exciting ways in 2019.
New Harvest Coffee Roasters will proudly be serving their original coffee blend, "Sojo Mojoe" at the breakfast, and Alison Bologna will join us again as the event emcee.
Sojourner House will present four awards to recognize the people and individuals who have helped Sojourner House advance its mission to end domestic and sexual violence. This year’s Sojourner House Legacy Award goes to Tracy Fitzpatrick. Matthew Oliverio, Esq. and Stephen Prignano, Esq. will receive the Community Champion Award. Finally, the Community Partner Award will be awarded to Segue Institute for Learning. A survivor of domestic violence who has demonstrated incredible strength and perseverance will receive the Survivor Award.
