Please join us on Friday, July 17, 2020 for the 13th Annual Pettaquamscutt Paddle.

Hosted by Narrow River Kayaks for the benefit of Narrow River Preservation Association

Please join us for the modified version of this awesome paddle event fundraiser for Narrow River Preservation Association.  Help us support this wonderful non-profit organization celebrating its 50th Anniversary while raising awareness and fostering stewardship of one of our most precious local natural resources!

Where:  Narrow River Kayaks, 94 Middlebridge Road, Narragansett, RI 02882

When:  Friday, July 17, 2020 – Launches every 30 minutes from 10 am – 4 pm

What:  Self-Guided 2-hour kayak, canoe or stand-up paddle board rentals & tours

Cost:    $25 per person includes all equipment including your choice of solo kayak, tandem kayak, canoe or stand-up paddle board BASED ON AVAILABILITY

What you need to know:

Space is limited and RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.  Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a spot.

Your registration fee ($25 per person) includes the vessel of your choice and all related equipment including pfd (personal flotation device) and paddle.  Cost is still the same if you bring your own equipment.

All participants must follow Narrow River Kayak’s COVID-19 Guidelines.

All equipment is washed, sanitized and dried before and after each use.

Limit of 4 participants per reservation and 12 participants per half hour time slot.

All participants must complete and sign our waiver form.

Laminated maps with paddle routes and basic paddle and safety instruction will be provided with each launch.

Narrow River Kayaks Staff, Naturalist Guides and Narrow River Preservation Association Board members will be stationed at different parts of the river to point out and talk about specific natural, historical, geological and ecological features of the ecosystem.

We will have lots of exhibits about Narrow River, Narrow River Preservation Association, including live footage of NRPA’s Osprey cam and more!

Participants will also have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for NRPA’s Annual Kayak Raffle (drawing in October).

100% of your registration fees goes to Narrow River Preservation Association!
