Now-July 21: Get your appetite ready for Providence Restaurant Weeksdeliciously affordable three-course menu offerings at eateries all over the city (and beyond).

July 12: Enjoy bands and brews take over at Burnside Park with the Burnside Music Series and Beer Garden, featuring food trucks, beer from Trinity Brewhouse, and live musical performances. 

July 12: Immerse yourself in traditional and avant-garde art during Newport Gallery Night, take a free Guided Walking Art Tour to learn more about the participating galleries, and even see artists at work. 

July 12: Enjoy Food Truck Night at Sons of Liberty as they bring in a variety of deliciously mobile eateries, live music, and other fun surprises at the distillery. 

July 13-15: Newport’s sister city of Shimoda, Japan takes over Bristol during a festive expansion of The Black Ships Festival, a celebration of Japanese food, music, and culture throughout the town.  

July 14: The Green Animals Children’s Party will turn the seaside topiary garden into a kids’ wonderland, with pony rides, a rock climbing wall, magic, crafts, and more. 

July 14: It’s not summer in Providence without WaterFire, complete with ballroom dancing, live music, street performers, and more. 

July 15: Celebrate RI's most awesome season at Summerfest, an all-day music festival featuring live tribute bands, comedy, food trucks, and art vendors, that’s also a fundraiser for the North Kingstown Food Pantry. 

July 15: Bring your appetite (and dancing shoes) to Eat Drink RI's first annual Live Jazz Brunch during East Providence's Heritage Days, and enjoy live music from the 17-piece swing band "New Providence Big Band," while enjoying a delicious array of food from local eateries.  

July 15: Head on over to The Schoolyard Market at Hope & Maina farmer’s market where you can actually meet the makers at the food startup incubator - and better yet, try what they make.
