Memorial Day Day Parades

It wouldn't be Memorial Day without a parade or eight. Here's where people will be marching on Monday in honor of those who died in the line of duty. 

BARRINGTON

Get to Lincoln Avenue at 9 am. The parade goes along Upland Way, Barrington and Maple Aves and County Road.

NORTH PROVIDENCE

The parade kicks of at 1 pm at North Providence High School and marches down Mineral Spring Avenue and Douglas Avenue. At Governor John A. Notte Jr. Park there will be a festival at 6pm with food vendors, music and more.

WESTERLY

Bring your family or friends to Pawcatuck Shopping Center at 9:30am, the parade continues in West Broad Street, Connecticut, to Westerly´s High Street and Wilcox Park.

WEST GREENWICH

Get your feet marching from Coventry line at 1pm and continue on Route 102 to the town hall, where a memorial service will be held following the parade.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN

Head from Holly Street to Main Street at 10am, ending at Saugatucket Park on High Street.

GLOCESTER

Begin your Memorial Day at Chepachet Free Will Baptist Church at 10am, continue on Putnam Pike and down Route 44.

NORTH KINGSTOWN

Get your feet marching at West Main to Brown and Phillips sts at 10am, then over to Tower Hill Road for a Memorial Day ceremony at Elm Grove Cemetery. There will be a pre-parade concert by the Lafayette Band in Updike Park.

SCITUATE

Step outside at get to Berkander Field on Institute Lane to Main Street, the parade starts at 10am and continues on Silk Lane and Greenville Road.
