If you've been aching to treat yourself to a delicious dinner but are tired of going to the same old spot, why not take a risk and try something new? Take a peek at what our reviewers have to say this month about three Rhode Island eateries: Garde de la Mer in Providence, Oceanside at the Pier in Narragansett and Brix Restaurant in Middletown. We've done the research for you, all you have to do is choose. Feeling hungry yet?

"For most of us, summer can’t come soon enough, but Narragansett Beach is beautiful any time of year. Oceanside at the Pier provides a warm, cozy atmosphere to take in the ocean views. If you want to visit the beach before the summer crowds return, stop in for a bite to eat, and you will soon be looking forward to trading in your wool sweaters for swimsuits." "If you’re headed to Newport for a delicious meal in a scenic setting, you’ll pass by one of the best spots around long before you hit the water. Brix Restaurantin Middletown may not have ocean views, but it does have Newport Vineyards’ 60 acres of grapes in its backyard. It’s a serene, almost rural place that has always been great for sampling local wine, shopping and hangingout. With the recent opening of Brix in October, it’s now great for food too."
