Join the RI Hospitality Association (RIHA) for a ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full-Certification Training class on Tuesday, January 22nd at the New England Institute of Technology’s Phillip G. Parsons Lecture Hall. This new, one-day course meets current Rhode Island Department of Health training requirements for food licenses. Topics addressed include:
* Proper personal hygiene
* Cross contamination prevention
* Time and temperature controls
* Cleaning and sanitizing
* Allergen training
Private Food Handler Training is also available. Food Handler Training should not be mistaken for Food Safety Manager Certification.
