"Perspectives" Exhibit at Bristol Art Museum

The Bristol Art Museum's Fall exhibit, "Perspectives"opens on Friday August 25 through October 15th. The Artist Reception will be held on Friday August 25, 6:30-8:30pm.

The artwork of seven artists will be on view which include: Nancy Hayes, painter;

Marjorie Hellman, painter; Tayo Heuser, painter and mixed media; Marsha Kartzman, painter; Lisa Peres, installation; Jesse John Thompson, sculptor and Mark Wholey, mixed media and painting.

The curator's theme focuses on "the use of perspectives in art and how artists may create the illusion of dept and spatial relationships on a flat surface." The "Perspectives" exhibit "brings together the work of the artists who express their creative visions by reassessing this understanding and pushing the boundaries

in their contemporary practices."
