Open House Bicentenary Celebration: 200th Anniversary of the Birth of Baha’u’llah, Founder of the Baha’i Faith

Learn about the teachings of Baha'u'llah, Founder of the Baha'i Faith, view special displays & videos, activities provided for children, light refreshments served & more! The Open House is part of a series of activities generated at the grassroots level all around the country, which reinforce Bahá’u’lláh’s vision of the oneness of humanity. At the national level, the Bahá’í House of Worship in Wilmette, Illinois, will host a nine-week series of programs thru December on themes applying the principle of the interconnectedness of all peoples to contemporary challenges, including environmental and economic justice, racial oneness, justice for indigenous peoples, transcending faith differences, and the harmony between science and religion.
