Join us in Mabel's Studio to learn about the amazing types of mushrooms in the region! Some are delicious and some are poisonous, but their ecology is always fun to learn about. You'll hear from Ryan Bouchard and Emily Schmidt, New England's leading mushroom hunting teachers, as they walk you through an incredible slideshow of all-local photography.
You'll learn the basics of wild mushroom science and safety, and the local fall species that are considered "safe for beginners" to cook with. This class will show you inside a whole world of adventure that most people overlook!
