Our October Featured Artist Reception will be held at Made In Warren on Sunday, October 22nd during the Warren Walkabout which is from 12-5 pm. The store will be open during its regular business hours of 10 am to 6 pm as well, and the event reception with demos and book signing will take place from 2-4 pm.
Our Featured Artists for October are painter Matthew Finger, wood-fired ceramic artist Rose Esson-Dawson, paper artist & author Mary Jane Bohlen, potter Jorge Armado, and illustrator Charity Enos.
We'll have refreshments and featured artist demonstrations from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. As October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Made In Warren featured artist and breast cancer survivor Mary Jane will be doing a book signing table for “Bosom Buddies.” Featured artist Rose Esson-Dawson will be demonstrating her craft of surface decoration of drawing on pottery.
We will also have a children’s craft table on the sidewalk in front of MIW, with Halloween decorations to make during the Walkabout!
