Get it Hot at La Mei Hot Pot

Posted

Some dining experiences are more interactive than others. At La Mei Hot Pot, half the fun of eating there is cooking your meal yourself, over a pot of hot broth and over good conversation with friends. Here’s how it works: you choose a broth - there are options like Chinese herbal broth, bone broth and vegetarian – and then pick whatever you’d like to cook in it. There are lots of vegetables,
varieties of noodles, seafood, poultry, pork, lamb and beef. For more adventurous appetites, there are authentically Chinese options like beef tendon, pig brains and fuzhou fish balls. When you’re finished cooking your food, dip each piece into sauce that you’ve mixed yourself from the sauce bar. It’s a fun and interactive way to share a meal, and it’s totally customizable to your tastes.

Let LaMei Do The Cooking
If you’d rather leave the cooking to the experts, La Mei has recently launched a menu of Sichuan foods that you can eat in the restaurant, or order online and have delivered to your house. They have more than just the usual Chinese food fare, offering dishes like Double Cooked Fresh Bacon, Gongbao Chicken and Preserved Duck Egg with Tofu Salad.
