Learning to meditate while in motion can infuse your life with healing and calming powers outside of the meditation room.

This ancient technique begins with the process of slow walking and builds to running and then the martial arts.

In modern times, it can lead to being able to meditate while biking, doing any sport and simply while moving through your day.

Please wear workout clothes and bring water.
